De luchtdichtheid van een gebouw is heel belangrijk. Ze voorkomt dat er lucht naar binnen dringt of dat er lucht naar buiten ontsnapt. Zo verhoogt ze het comfortgevoel en beperkt ze het energieverbruik. Voordat u de thermische renovatie aanvat, moet deze factor nauwkeurig worden onderzocht om te vermijden dat het beoogde energievoordeel uitblijft.<\/p>\n

Heel wat details in de uitvoering en keuze van de materialen hebben een invloed op het eindresultaat van de luchtdichtheid. Daarom kunt u best een beroep doen op een gespecialiseerde onderneming. Ervaring met de bouw van passiefgebouwen of een onberispelijke luchtdichtheid is een conditio qua non om de nodige certificaten te verkrijgen. FORISOL beschikt over een ruime ervaring met luchtdichtheidswerken zoals: Plaatsing van ramen, dakisolatie, muurisolatie, …<\/p>\n

Na de werken wordt de luchtdichtheid gemeten met een blowerdoortest.<\/p>\n

Daarbij wordt het gebouw onder druk gezet om de punten met de laagste luchtdichtheid te kunnen identificeren. Concreet wordt in de meest luchtdichte opening een ventilator bevestigd om het gebouw in overdruk\/onderdruk te plaatsen. Vervolgens wordt een luchtlekdebiet gemeten en dat gemiddelde debiet wordt gelinkt aan het netto geventileerde luchtvolume van het gebouw.<\/p>\n
